Of all the numerous choices and chances in the world, how do we know we chose the best decision?

I've been sitting for hours at work, staring blankly at the play area, thinking most of the time how my future will look like. But most of the time, I worry more about how much time I spend on thinking things over and over. I know, it's not healthy to overthink but I just tend to overthink what I have done and on the things I decided already.

Since I turned 21, it's like everything's a series of disappointing events. If it's not disappointing, it's awkward. Then after that, we're confused. and if you're confused, that's another set of story...
